Hi community members, I have a new Orbi Router installed and would like to connect a Seagate HD via the USB port...but it doesn't work..anyone a suggestion? Best regards Sylvia

Unless something changed in a firmware that I missed, that USB 2.0 port only supports printers officially, not storage drives.

Confirm compatibility with the router. Ensure a secure USB connection. Check router settings for USB sharing/storage. Verify the Seagate HD's file system format. Update router and Seagate firmware. Ensure the HD has sufficient power. Reboot the router.
