ORBI Hair Pinning Bug
I have a server that unable to access external IP Addresses when connected to LAN.
For example External Ip Address: 108.111.111.222
Internal Ip Address. 192.168.1.100
When connected to the same network, Internal IP works, but external IP Won't work. However using the same device server , external ip works.
When i'm outside with other networks, External IP Works Flawlessly.
Device: ORBI RBR850 Server: Ubuntu 20.04

(connecting to Sprint... oh, my)
- Can any other computer on the LAN connect to this IP address?
If so, the problem may be with Ubuntu (perhaps a Firewall setting?) - What kind of connection is this? (ftp, http, dns, ntp, telnet, ssh.....?)

Re: ORBI Hair Pinning Bug
I may be confused about the "direction" of connection. I see two possibilities:
- This server is trying to make an http connection from the Orbi LAN to an external IP address (such as 108.111.111.222) but cannot
Every other computer on the LAN is able to make an http connection to 108.111.111.222. - This server want to accept connections from outside the LAN but is unable to, whereas other computers on the same LAN are able to connect to the server.
I seem to be confused over the term "server", which sort of implies people tring to connect TO it, vs. a process on the server wanting to connect somewhere else, maybe to load files or something.
