ORBI RBK 50 lost connection to fritz.box 7590 in AP mode
Hi guys,
I have been running Orbi RB50 in AP mode for long, connected to a Fritz.Box 7590.
Yesterday the orbi went magenta and could not be reached by its IP adress any more.
There was no actual Fritz iOS update before.
I did a reset of the ORBI system. The Firmware is actual (2.6...). I can setup the system but when I switch it to AP mode I can no longer access it. It is shown in the WLAN environment but I can not acccess it anymore via browser (computer is connected to this WLAN of course). The IP adress for the computer provided is strange (169.254.191.100) because my actual IP range starts with 192.168,...
So - what can I do? Where is the bug? Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Mike

Re: ORBI RBK 50 lost connection to fritz.box 7590 in AP mode
Be sure to look at the main host rourters IP address table to see if the RBR is seen there when in AP mode. Use that IP address to connect to the RBR in AP mode.
