ORBI RBK50V disconnects from internet by itself

I hope someone can help me with this.  I have the ORBI RBK50V.  This the one with the  router and the satellite Orbi voice Alexa.  I recently moved the Router to the other side of the house, even closer to the satellite.  The Orbi router is downstream from the provider companys router/modem.  The internet has been constantly dropping ever since.  I have changed the RGA cable, gotten a brand new modem, upgraded the ethernet cables from the modem to the router form a cat5e to cat6.  My Orbi app says I have incredibly fast download/upload speeds.  Then for no reason that I can determine, the internet goes down.  The provider company says they have a great signal to their box.  I can get the signal back by turning the surge protector off and then on.  But eventually it goes out again.  The Orbi was purchased at the beginning of last year.  It cant be obsolete, they still sell it.  Right?
