ORBI RBR50 Internet Connection keeps Dropping
ORBI RBR50 Internet Connection keeps Dropping every 15-20 minutes on all devices.
Only one satellite
Please someone help me.. It was fine for the first year after 1st year its dropping every 10-15minuttes for a minute or 2.

Are you using wired or wireless backhaul?
Is Orbi set to Router or AP mode?
What wired devices do you have connected to Orbi?
Are all your devices affected by dropped internet?

What wired devices do you have connected to Orbi? I have ps4, several smrt tvs, nvr, time capsule, sky q box etc.
Are all your devices affected by dropped internet? Every device even wireless and wired are all efected.
1st year the internet was oustanding without any issues.. i have virgin media broadband firbre optic 350meg with the orbi i use to get 385+ speeds..

How is the Time Capsule configured? I assume it's wired to Orbi and set in bridged mode? Do you have any radio out of the TC?
Do you have any mesh speakers in your network?
What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?Power OFF the ISP modem and Orbi system for 1 minute. Then power ON the ISP modem. Let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router. Let it come to ready. Power on one satellite at a time.
