Can I selected the frequency 2.4 or 5G independently, as my devices have to connect 2.4G. 5G is not support. Anyway, already set CTS/RTS Threshold to 2347.
There are techniques that we use to connect 2.4G devices to the residential product line, but I have a feeling that the AX line does not have the same capabilities (yet?)
My "extreme fallback" solution is to pull out an old cell phone that only operates on the 2.4G band, charge it up, load the app, and configure the device. After the device is working on the network, I put that old phone back in the drawer and load the app on my "everyday driver" (pun intended, as I'm not exactly "driving" these days).
