ORBI WiFi not Visible

Putting Model # here as Web site won't allow selecting in correct field. RBR750.
On first setup with app, can't progress as phone cannot see the default ORBI wifi. it's turned on, LED is solid and cat 5e is plugged into internet ethernet port.

Have you tried setting up with a device hardwired into the router?
