These systems are sooooo messed up, it's sad. I have a router on my main floor, 1 satellite upstairs and 1 downstairs.
My Orbi apps show neither satellite connected; if I go to my wired-in computer and login through routerlogin, I see both satellite connections are solid/good.
I've uninstalled my app then reinstalled/relogged-in and it doesn't fix it.
Even the IP addressess shows in routerlogin for the satellites are different than what the orbi app shows.
I did try to re-sync my satellites....and according to the directions, I hit the router and then within 2 min, hit the satellite. The satellite is supposed to show colors to confirm success (blue)...my just flash white for about a minute and then go away. WTH?
I think it's time to switch to Google ... :(

This is a Orbi app issue, not actual Orbi HW or configuration.
