ORBI750 Intermittent Loading Issues on Mobile Instagram
I've been researching this issue for weeks now with no luck from any of the solutions provided dating back to 2017. It appears this is a very common issue with ORBI devices for some reason but for whatever reason, about 50% of the time when you boot up Instagram on a mobile device, 50% of images load and everything else has a reload symbol on it. Disabling wifi on the device and using mobile data resolves this issue. This issue also do not happen on any other wifi network that I have been on, only this one. Has there actually been a resolution yet or are ORBI devices plagued with this problem.
Things I have tried to resolve this:
- Disabling Armor (I never use this anyways)
- Changing NAT to Open from Secured.
- Adjusting MTU settings to 1497 from 1500.
- Changing CTS/RTS Threshold.
- IPv6 is disabled by default. Using any other mode does nothing.
- Using DNS Server 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) on ORBI and Devices. No luck.
- Factory Restore
None of this has worked and I am seriously considering returning this mesh network and going back to my Nighthawk that did not have this issue at all.
ISP: Comcast
ORBI FW: V3.2.18.1_1.4.14

Re: ORBI750 Intermittent Loading Issues on Mobile Instagram
Turns out there is a mega thread on this and Netgear has no intentions to ever fix. Returning and getting a completely different mesh network.
