Orbi App issue
I have set up the Orbi RBK 50 and the internet is fine, however when I look to see what networks are available my named network and the guest network show up. There is no 2.4 or 5ghz designation, how do you know which band you are on and how do you switch?
Also when I open the app on the first page it states" No internet connection available".
Then below that Internet: Offline. Although I have internet. Is this a problem??

Re: Orbi App issue
Orbi uses one network name (SSID) for both the 2.4G and 5G channels. The WiFi device does a "handshake" with the Orbi and determines which channel it will use. There will be no internet until you get connected.
