Orbi Device registered to another account

I just tried to access my Orbi router which is probably first generation from 2017 I’m getting the message while trying to login remotely but the device is registered to another account. This has never happened before what should I do to rectify

Something to contact NG support about. 

Try a factory reset and walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser. 

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AC products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum.
