Orbi Network Map Not Showing Connected Devices

I have an Orbi 753 with 2 Satellites.  Each sateliite used to show what devices were connected under the "Network Map" section of the Orbi app.  Especially when the satellite had a "wired" item connected to it.  Now, the Network map shows all the devices connected to the main router, but the satellites show no connected devices.  The network map does show "GREEN" for the main router and the 2 satellites, and it is showing that they are "mapped" correctly with each satellite lined directly to the main router.

Any reason why the Network Map is not showing connected devices any longer to the satellites?

Re: Orbi Network Map Not Showing Connected Devices

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.

Orbi RB750 with 2 satellites - exactly the same issue, devices connected fine, but none show up in the network map, neither router nor satellites
