Orbi RBK43 Main Router Connects while Satellite shows fine but no internet
Hello All,
I am trying to work out gremlins with my Orbi RBK43. All three units are showing good status (eg no light pulses and power light is steady green) and my Orbi app shows Internet online and satellites are GREEN. My internet works great next to the main router... HOWEVER, when I go to near my satellite orbis.. signal shows full bars and no indication of 'no internet' problems but i cannot access any websites. No matter if I disable and re-enable the wifi on my laptop near the satellite, it just doesn't do anything.
Hoping the gurus on this community might guide me here. Thank you in advance!

Re: Orbi RBK43 Main Router Connects while Satellite shows fine but no internet
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the Orbi router is connected too?
What is the distances between the router and satellites?
Using wireless connection between the satellites and router?
Is the satelites getting an IP address from the router? Check the routers connected clients page.
Do you see any devices connected to the satellites if you log in to the satellites IP address?
There a connection status on the routers web page and the satellites web page?
Connect a wired PC to the back of the satellite to check for internet access?
Try disabling Diasy Chain and Fast Roaming on the routers, reboot the router and power cycle the satellites...
What version of FW is the satellites and router using?

Thanks @FURRYe38 for your help thus far.
I am in HKG so the fiber modem is through PCCW.
Distance wise, the modems are about 15 feet apart though there is concrete walls.
Yes the satellites are connected wirelessly.
Yes i can see the satellites have their ip address
In the App, it shows the satellites are connected and green.
yes i can see devices and their wireless levels.
Connection shows fine.
I have connected a NAS to the back of the satellite and it is online.
Will try to disable as you mentioned.
My firmware is 2.1.4.16
thanks again!
