Orbi RBK50 Slow Upload speeds

I had an orbi rbk50 system for almost a year and a half with absolutly no issues. After the latest firmware update my upload speeds went from 36 to 2.5 which is unacceptable. I disconnected the router and plugged my laptop directly to the moden to eliminate a faulty modem from the equation. I'm getting full speeds at the modem. Once I connect my laptop to the router after plugging it back in it drops back down to 2.5. Now I still have the warrenty I bought from best buy and was able to swap it out for a new one. it was working well for 1 week and then the exact same issue arose on the new one. Has anyone else had this issue? If so does anyone have a fix for it? Otherwise I will be bringing this one back and swapping it out for an eero system.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR been performed since the FW update?
