Orbi RBK50 daisy chain or line of sight

For that kind of distance, daisy chain would be recommened. That distance is a bit far as 50-60' is about max distance for RBR or RBS and with 30 feet minimum distance in between the RBR and RBS as to not cause too much over lap.
Something to consider as well.
Run a ethernet LAN cable out from the home to the barn then place a RBS or just a standard wired AP out in the barn that can be using different SSID name and PW or same as host router at the house.
