Re: Orbi RBK50 ethernet cable issues
It would help to have more information.
- What sort of devices? (laptop? desktop? television?)
- Have you tried more than one ethernet cable?
- Do devices connect to the satellite over WiFi?

Re: Orbi RBK50 ethernet cable issues
So, nothing will connect to the satellite using a cable?
Will devices connect to the router with a cable? (the PS/4 might be portable?)
Are you able to bring up the Orbi "Attached Devices" web page and see if these devices appear?
Do the devices say whether they receive an IP address, or does an error message appear?

Re: Orbi RBK50 ethernet cable issues
@Crossofiron wrote:Firmware is current.
The reason people ask the specific firmware number is there are differences in the way Orbi functions depending on the firmware release. For example, 2.3.5.30 was released last May, and 2.5.0.38 was released about a week ago. Some people who updated firmware have reported that some issues have been improved, and (alas) in some areas the new firmware is "broken."
So, "current" might be 2.3.5.30 or 2.5.0.38.
