Orbi RBK50 with Nighthawk 7000 unable to ping Wi-Fi

I would like to ping my iPhone while connected to the Orbi Wi-Fi from my PC (which is connected with a ethernet cable to the Nighthawk 7000).
From my PC, I can see the ORBI as an attached device along with its IP address, but I am unable to see or ping any of the attached devices on the Wi-Fi from my PC.
How do I configure the two routers so I'm able to see the Wi-Fi attached devices from my PC?
Thank you in advance!

if its going Modem-->R7000-->Orbi then yes, put the orbi in AP mode. It can be done through the browser settings. Here's some more info on double nat and on switching orbi to AP mode.

Re: Orbi RBK50 with Nighthawk 7000 unable to ping Wi-Fi
Is your orbi running in router mode or AP mode?
if the orbi is in router mode and so is the r7000 (i'm assuming r7000) you're running a double nat situation and they're on different IP address subnets.

Re: Orbi RBK50 with Nighthawk 7000 unable to ping Wi-Fi
I am using the OBRi app and I do not see anything that references AP mode. I take it that the PRBI should be in AP mode and the router in router mode, correct?

Re: Orbi RBK50 with Nighthawk 7000 unable to ping Wi-Fi
I think that's the fix. When I get back this evening I will give it a try. Will I be able to change the configuration from the Orbi app on my iPhone? Any further words of wisdom you could showdown converting to AP? Thanks!

Re: Orbi RBK50 with Nighthawk 7000 unable to ping Wi-Fi
I believe I've done it through the app? Not 100% as most changes I do over over the browser gui. I don't currently have my orbi setup running right now or I'd just open the app and test it.

Re: Orbi RBK50 with Nighthawk 7000 unable to ping Wi-Fi
I tried reconfiguring with the app, but for some reason it could not locate the satellite. I plugged in my laptop directly to the Orbi and all is good now! Thanks for the help!
