Orbi RBR 50 Verizon FIOS

I purchased Orbi RBR50 with a single  satellite RBS50 directly from verzion back in 2018.  I was not aware at the time that Verizon has it's own proprietery firmware  V2.1.4.16_1.0.0.11  on these dev...

I enabled TFTP on my win 10 laptop.  The attempt to transfer a file fails.  I can only surmize that the device.  is not listening on udp 69

My owb personal experience with tftp has been mixed.There seems to be a short window of opportunity after power is applied when the router listens for a tftp connection.  Too early or too late and it doesn't happen.  I seem to recall it taking 5 or 6 attempts to hit the sweet spot and make the firmware load.
