Orbi RBR20 incompatible with more than one similar device
RBR20 — Orbi AC2200 Tri-band Wi-Fi Router
Sleep Sensing & Home Automation Pad
We have been very impressed with the dramatic improvement in Wi-Fi coverage since we purchased and installed the RBR20 — Orbi AC2200 Tri-band Wi-Fi Router
We also have two Sleep Sensing & Home Automation Pads from Withings which used to work perfectly with the old Wi-Fi router that was supplied by our broadband provider – even with a very poor connection.
Since we used the Orbi RBR20 system, we have only been able to connect one of the Sleep monitors as a time despite repeated attempts.
The Sleep monitor must be connected by 2.5Ghz Wi-Fi only but the Orbi is supposed to work with both frequencies.
This is hugely frustrating and we really need advice how to connect both sleep monitors at the same time!

Re: Orbi RBR20 incompatible with more than one similar device
Are you using the same SSID name and PW on the Orbi system as you did on the prior router? You can use the same SSID name and PW as before.
If you need to get your devices connected to 2.4Ghz, you can temporarily disable the 5Ghz SSID broadcast on the RBR, Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings. Forget the wifi profile on your phone or pad that sets up your 2.4Ghz device. Disable the wifi radio on the phone or pad then back on. Then reconnect to the SSID name and PW on Orbi. This will connect the setup phone or pad to the 2.4Ghz radio. This should allow you to get the 2.4Ghz device connected. If all goes well and they connect, re-enable the 5Ghz SSID broadcast on the RBR to return to normal operation.
