Orbi RBR40 + 2 satellites - other devices non-responsive when streaming TV

I have an Orbi RBR40 with 2 satellites (RBS40).  The firmware looks to be current: V 2.3.5.30

The system seems to work ok for the most part, but I've discovered that when streaming TV off one of the satelites, other devices connected to that satellite become non-responsive.  I'm not able to connect to web sites if on my laptop.  Not able to access facebook from my phone, etc.  But the TV seems to stream fine.

If I pause the streaming, all other devices are fine.

I'm not particulary techy, but did download an app to check for other wifi interference (I'm in a suburban area, so not much), but did try switching to Channel 1 from Auto, as there were some other networks on 6 and 11, but that's made no difference.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

- If you’re streaming using an app on the TV, then please try to open the TV network settings, disconnect it from Orbi (make the TV forget the network settings) and then attach again to Orbi.
- How is the Satellite(s) connected to the Router, wired or wireless?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
