Orbi RBR40 - can't enter the advanced tab on orbilogin.com

What I'm doing:

- I'm opening the orbilogin.com page - the main tab is fine

- Click on Advanced tab (adv_index.htm) - getting black page with only one white pixel in the middle of the page

Already tried:

- different browsers - always the same issue

- resetting Orbi - worked for a very short time

Funnily, it works when I enter the advanced tab url directly: http://orbilogin.com/adv_index.htm

Update FW on the RBR.

Be sure to clear out broswer caches before entering the RBRs web page.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AC products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi (WiFi5 RBK Series). Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Thank you.

Make sure that your Orbi devices are plugged into an active power source. If your Orbi devices are powered on, the Power LED lights green.
Make sure that your client device is connected to the Orbi wireless network or to the router's LAN port. The default WiFi information is located on the product label of your Orbi router.
Try accessing orbilogin.net or orbilogin.com using the router's default IP address http://192.168.1.1 or http://10.0.0.1
If you changed your router's default IP address, enter your new IP address instead of the default IP address.
If you're having trouble connecting to your Orbi network through a wireless connection, try connecting an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on your Orbi router.
Make sure that your modem is connected to the Internet port on your Orbi router.
