Orbi RBR50 connects with problems
Our Orbi system has failed to continue working after about 3 months of use. Worked fine until one day it would no longer connect to the internet completely, saying "connected with problems." At this point, the WiFi would say connected on our devices, but you could not actually access the internet at all, and each device would display various "server errors."
I rebooted the Orbi several times, each proving to make no change. I factory reset the Orbi router, and both satellites it came with to no avail. No the Orbi will not even display its own network when going through setup.
Is there any advice to fix this problem? If not, does anyone know how to activate the warranty we have for the item?
Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Re: Orbi RBR50 connects with problems
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
