Orbi RBR50 shows satellites (RBS50, RBS50Y, RBS20) as offline but the're still working somehow

My setup with a RBR50 Router (firmware 2.7.4.24) and 5 satellites (mostly RBS50, one outdoor RBS50y and one RBS20, cannot read out their respective firmware version) worked pretty decent for the last few years.

A couple weeks ago, the orbi app showed all satellites as "RED-offline" but they still worked somehow (at least i had the same unchanged coverage and SSID all over my property).

My plan was to fix that issue and "reconnect" all satellites. I was able to remove them via webinterface, but could't reconnect them.

Reset to factory default didn't work properly either (current status: I've my unchanged SSID and guest SSIB plus the ORBIxy default SSID showing up...).

Now I have no more "connected Satellites" showing up, they're all "Connected Devices", some with identical IDs (see screenshots below).

WLAN is still working and shows all other hardware connnected.

What could be the original issue here? (I used an extra RBR50 router as satellite, it showed up as RBS 50 satellite and worket fine, but I removed it from my setup before the above stuff happened)

How can I get back to a proper state / can reset to factory default and install from scratch?

As this is a pretty large setup, I don't want to buy five new and pricey satellites and a new router..

THX!

People have been reporting the Orbi 'app' reporting incorrectly.  My guess is you 'solved' a problem that did not exist.

The only solution appears to be a complete Factory Reset and configuration from scratch.

Bummer.
