A bit more detail would be helpful.

The "reset button" in these instructions refer to a button on the printed circuit board inside the case that can be reached through that tiny hole in the case labelled "Reset".

Sometimes it is difficult to hear (or feel) an indication that the button was actually pressed.  It often takes 10-15 seconds for the power LED to begin to flash.

When this recommended method fails, there are reports of people performing what is called a "30-30-30" reset.  i.e.

    • Hold the reset button for 30 seconds.
    • While still holding the reset button, remove power from the device and wait 30 more seconds.
    • While still holding the reset button, apply power to the device.

90 seconds is a long time to hold that invisible button.  At least the RBW50 has a physical Power Switch.  Newer Orbi units have no Power Switch and the only way to remove/return power is to (a) unplug/replug the power cable, (b) unplug/replug the power supply from the electrical supply, or (c) connect the power supply to a physical switch.
