Orbi Satellite Ethernet port or wifi speed ?
I was wondering if there is any speed increase when connecting a device to a satellites ethernet port,
as opposed to using the wifi ?

Yes, in theory if you use a wired device that supports Gbit Ethernet you can easily reach up to a Gbit speed. This is not possbile with wireless devices as you will be limited by the capability of the radio interface (max 866 Mbps when using MU-MIMO in ideal conditions), your device capabilities and the radio conditions.
The wireless backhaul in RBK53 that you have has 1.7Gbps thoughput so it will not be a bottleneck for the above.
