Orbi Satellite (RBS20) can't stay connected to Router (RBR50)
I have been trying to connect an Orbi RBS20 to my RBR50 router, but it won't stay connected for long. Here's the steps I did: -Rest the satellite (pressed on the pin for as long as 30 seconds) -...
Unfortunately that didn't work either :(
Here's what I did:
-Unplugged other RBS
-Removed them from the "Attached Devices" (although this doesn't really matter since I'll factory reset RBR next)
-Factory Reset RBR and RBS, waited until the orange light blinking
-Followed the Orbi App to "Set up a new system"
-Unplugged and replugged the modem, connected the lan cable between modem and RBR
-After everything booted, pressed the sync botton trying to sync the satellite to the RBR
-Both the App and Orbilogin page showed no satellite detected
Sounds like mayby the one RBS is not working right and is faulty. I recommend getting it replaced.
