Orbi Satellites
I have an Orbi system with 2 Satellites. I have a question about the "Attached Devices" list as seen when logged into the Router as administrator. Each of my my satellites have unique names. So...

Yes, Look for the IP address assigned to the RBS on the RBRs web page. Use this address and same RBR log in info on the RBS web page.

Thanks FURRY!
That helped.
I think i'm intermittently loosing connection to the satellite so the router gets dumb.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-routerWhat channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Something to try if you haven't.

Thanks again FURRYe
Router in Basement
Distance
Router to Sat 1 in kitchen.
Est 20 ft. through basement ceiling. Drop ceiling, metal HVAC ducts, ceramic tile, drywall and kitchen cabinets.
Router to Sat 2
Est 25 ft. through basement ceiling, 2 walls, some concrete could be weakening the signal.
Sat 1 to Sat 2
Stationed at about the same height. Est 30 ft apart. through 4 walls.
2.4Ghz is set to channel 1
5Ghz is set to channel 48.
Suspect connections are on 2.4Ghz network.
Lots of neighbor WiFi signals but I frequently check channel usage in the neighborhood with NetSpot.
Beamforming ON
MIMO OFF
WMM ON
IPV6 OFF
Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence (This is checked as enabled) Does un checking it imply 40MHz only?
Preamble is set to Automatic.
I just changed it to short.
What is Coexistance and Preamble?

Basements are not recommended places for wifi routers. Concrete and steel will inhibit wifi travel.
IF you have lots of neighbors near by, try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Yes, unchecking the box sets 40Mhz only.
