I ran a speed test from modem and am getting the expected gigabit speeds. The Orbi Speedtest and speed tests from attached devices are only showing speeds in the 40MB range. What are some possible causes? I have tried resetting the router. In the past WiFi has recorded speeds 500 MB and higher.
What FW is currently loaded? What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too? Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What app are you using to test wireless speeds?
What are wired PC speed test results.
Has the Orbi been recently updated?
Most wireless speeds will not be much over 500Mb. Current limitation of wireless devices.
