That's odd. I recently did the exact same reset procedure.
Move the RBS50 closer to the RBR50 then try and power cycle the RBS50 to see if it will reconnect.
If you have not factory reset it then it you should not have to resync after moving the satellite to another location.

I tried to move it closer and do the reset procedures found in the manual. It doesn't respond any different. The satellite does not respond to anything. It just stays solid white on top and a solid green LED on the back.
When I try to do the reset after powering it on, nothing happens.
Can it be plugged in via usb or ethernet for a reset or diagnostic?

Hello Brye
are you able to plug a Ethernet into the unit and then find the default gateway of the unit then try to log into that unit. If you can log in try to re flash the firmware if you can not I would contact support as Streak2 suggested.

Hi BRye,
I'm having the exact same problem. Did you manage to fix your issue somehow? It would be great if you could share any solution you had.
Thank you very much!

Jeremy,
When you log into your orbi system http://orbilogin.com/ is it not seeing the RBS50?
How many satellites is it reporting?
If it's not seeing the satellite then have you tried to resync or reset/resync?
