I am having the same issue. Thought it might be a firmware problem so I upgraded to v2.1.4.16 and still have the same issue. It rebooted on my 3 times while i was on a Webex call.

For both posters:
Any other wifi neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What channels are you using? Try manual channels 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and other unused channels on 5Ghz.
Disable MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Roaming.
Whats the distances between the router and satellites.
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the Orbi is connected too? Built in router here by chance?

I have 1 RBR50 router and 3 RBS50 satellites. Everything is at firmware version 2.1.4.16
My throughput testings is great. In general, laptop and TV usage I have not noticed a problem. But if I'm on a WebEX or bluejeans or skye, it is really bad. I lose my ability to hear people or talk myself. Video hangs, etc. I also have a IP polycom phone and the thing is constanly every 30 mins or so rebooting itself because it can't find the network.
I don't know what the problem is. Maybe Orbi is rebooting itself. Is there a log some where that tells you if it is rebooting?

Yes there is a log its under Advanced-Administration-Logs also you may want to check your modem logs to make sure its not a issue on the ISP side.
