Orbi devices connecting to ‘wrong’ satellite
Question. I bought a Orbi mesh system, 1 router and 2 satellites, all wired connected. Some static devices like the tv in bedroom is connecting to the living room satellite with poor connection although there’s an satellite very close with much better signal. I looked up all the clients and see some connection which make no sense.
It was sold to me as: ‘your device will always connect to the satellite with the best connection’. Can anyone help?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
