Orbi did not reconnect after power outage

I do not remember changing it but the Xfinity tech who came to the house when we were not there and reset the Orbi might have.
I will also note that I had started to use the Netgear dynamic DNS service for remote management access. I switched that off about the same time I changed the MAC address setting and went back to the standard IP address access which always seemed to work anyway. Maybe that was also a contributor to the problem?

Well you have two areas that you can try to reproduce if you get curious. Enable both or one at a time, then simulate a power outage by pulling the plug on both router and satellite and see what happens. I don't think DDNS would be a cause...however, anything is possible with Orbi. :smileyfrustrated:
