Orbi iOS v2.1.0.268 Device List problem
Firmware: 2.0.0.76 on RBR50 and RBS50
Updated the iOS Orbi app to v2.1.0.268 and it seems to have broken the Device List option as no devices show. On the previous version 1.6.16, running on another iOS device, they still show.
I noticed on the new app I can see the IP address of the Router and Satellite. On the app, the router shows as 192.168.1.1, but should be 192.168.0.212 - the Satellite is properly showing as 192.168.0.213.
That may be why the Router cannot see the devices as they are all in the 192.168.0.x number range and the app thinks the router is in 192.168.1.x range???

Re: Orbi iOS v2.1.0.268 Device List problem
I am having the same problem. No devices connected. There are at least 10 on there all the time, like the TV, TiVo, Echo dot, etc. I can no longer block my kids devices if needed. This is a crucial feature, and one of the reasons we bought this product. I will be returning it to Costco if this isn't fixed soon.

Re: Orbi iOS v2.1.0.268 Device List problem
I updated to Beta firmware and same problem.
Note: I have my RBR50 attached to an ethernet port on my ISP (Frontier FIOS) router.
Also - My Orbi is set in AP Mode.
The iOS Device List feature had worked when I first got this set up, but an iOS app update and/or firmware change seems to have affect it.
P.S. The Attached Devices listing when I connect to the router via the Web works fine.
iOS App Info Concern
I did happen to notice that on the iOS app, the Router Settings "Router Information" shows 192.168.1.1 for IP address.
Yet my network is under 192.168.0.x
Router - 192.168.0.212, Satellite - 192.168.0.213
Under the Internet Port tab under Router Settings, it shows
External IP Address: 0.0.0.0 (I think my FIOS Router has that info as it connects to ISP)
Gateway IP Address: 192.168.0.1 (seem correct)
Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0 (Not sure if that is also inherited from the FIOS Router?)
DNS Server: 192.168.0.1
Type: DHCP
Thanks for your help.

Re: Orbi iOS v2.1.0.268 Device List problem
No the new Beta did not fix.
On the app, The IP address for my router shows as 192.168.1.1 but all my devices connect through 192.168.0.x
i think that is part of the problem

Re: Orbi iOS v2.1.0.268 Device List problem
What FW version are you using now? You should be using v2.1.4.16 at least.
This thread references older FW.
