Orbi keeps loosing internet
Hello all!
One week ago i bought a rbk50 system after all the good reviews i read.
Until 2 or 3 weeks ago I had an asus ac66u router and it worked rock solid for years. I've placed it another place that i needed and decided to try a mesh system to have better coverage.
First i bought a Google wifi system. It worked great and reliable but the coverage was worse them the asus i had before. That is why i returned it and bought the orbi.
The problem is, I already updated the firmware, rebooted everuthing, tryed AP mode, and the internet keeps falling. Its just for 5-10 seconds, but keeps happening all day long.
Its worse on the sattelite but also happens in the main unit. It cant be from the provider, it worked great till now... And the ethernet stuff dont loose connection.
Any idea?

The first question is always "what is it connected to?" (A "modem", a "router/modem", etc. specific brand and model).
The second question is usually, "which specific things are failing?" (When I hear "Sonos", I have an immediate gag reaction and hope someone else jumps in.)
In addition to rebooting, have you done a "reset to factory"? (which involves sticking something into the tiny "reset" hole next to the power plug until the power LED begins to flash amber. I unbend part of a paperclip.)
