You were correct on the ipad, only goes to 100. I tried my phone downstairs and its at 300+.(Playstation Downstairs)
My main concern was my sons playstation. I was using the ipad to test. It seems wired or wireless his speeds fluctuate from 30-135.Connections to the satelltes show good.
Not too sure how good playstation speed test app is. As long a you tried another wireless device and try a PC wired an speeds are good there. You'll be fine.
