Orbi router and its satellite
Ny Orbi satellite says it synced, and it says it is on, on the router control page, but it does not show up on any of our devices, not on this laptop, not on any phone or tv. Is it something that doesnt show, and we are just useing it without knowing, or is something wrong?

Re: Orbi router and its satellite
Orbi broadcasts one WiFi name (SSID) on both 2.4G and 5G channels. All ordinary devices will see is that WiFi name, not which Orbi device. There are software programs that will show each IP address that is broadcasting WiFi. The Android WiFi Analyzer, for example, will list all of the Orbi devices and even identify the "backhaul" radios being used. There are similar apps for Windows and other machines.
The "Attached Devices" page on the Orbi web interface will identify which devices are connected to the router and which to the satellite.

Re: Orbi router and its satellite
I certainly hope it shows at least some devices attached to the satellite!
