Orbi router and satellites for a 40-unit condominium
I am considering Orbi router and satellites for a 40-unit condominium.
What are the limits on the number of satellites, and how will the power distribution (that carries the signal from router to satellit) affect the signal, given that it has to go through a circuit breaker panel between the router and each satellite?
I assume that testing (so far) has all be on the user side of a single power panel. In the case of the condo, each power panel is a sub-panel of the main breaker box.
From what I gather from your question you believe that Orbi is a powerline extender? The orbi does not work over power line you may want to look at these Kb to get a better understanding of what the device can do.
