Orbi router - not able to register with netgear ddns

Trying to register for Netgear DDNS.

I clicked "No" (see attached). Filled out informationorbi.png

I put in the information and click register and nothing happens, no errors, nothing

Model: RBR50| Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi (Router Only)
