The Orbi app speed test is displaying a report from the Orbi router, not the satellite. Netgear has installed a version of the popular SpeedTest app as part of the Orbi router firmware. When the app Internet Speed icon is selected and then "Test My Speed", the app runs on the router and then transmits the results to the app, which displays them (and a history of recent tests).
SpeedTest run on actual user devices is "what matters" and it is common to observe a difference between the speed reported by the Orbi router and the speed reported by user devices.
I would also focus on the router-satellite link.
