Orbi showing satellites as being disconnected

Same here.  I have been playing with this system since September 2017.   I have Orbi Router with RBS50 and RBW30 and the latest firmware. I had only RBS50 showing on attached devices on web interface, with Orbi app showing 1 sat connected, eventhough I knew the RBW30 was emtting a signal and attached to the network.  The RBS50 showed a 5GHZ "connection type" and "Good" backhaul status.  In attempt to have the RBW30 show up as an attached sat, yesterday I factory reset the RBW30 and rebotted the router.  For a brief period (30 minutes or so) both sats showed up, with ip addresses displayed, 5GHZ connection type and good back haul status.  Testing WIFI around house indicated full coverage and stable signal.  However, after about 30 minutes, two changes were noted: FIRST: the RBS50 is shown as "DISCONNECTED" on web interface, while ORBI app shows 2 sats connected and I can login to web interface of the "disconnected" sat (recalling that it showed its ip address on web interface before it showed as disconnected).  SECOND: the RBW30 still shows good back haul status but connection type has become 2.4GHZ.  After almost 24 hours, status has remained as described: web interface shows only RBW30 connected and Orbi app says 2 sats connected.   I attached screen shot showing status of sats.

On the graphic, not sure why 5GHZ beam from router on the RBW30 is greyed out......

On another note, under current conditions, using mobile devices while streaming a video and moving around house for testing purposes, including moving to previous dead spots, ipads, laptops and a blackberry priv have no stream interruptions.  However, a Samsung S6 edge drops connection when moving to a spot where connection needs to switch between router and/or sat, requiring wifi connection on the device to be turned off and then on to reconnect.

I posted this information hoping it will help in Netgear techs in troubleshooting and firmware improvements to make this system work correctly.
