Orbi surface cleaning
I have an ORBI RBR50 + Satellite that is about 6 years old (4UX26B5E000C4) and still in excellnt working order.
But the surface of both units has become "sticky", so that dust aheres to it and won't wipe off with a dust rag or damp cloth. I'm afraid to try cleaning the outside of the units with something stronger. Is that common for an Orbi of that age? Is there a way to clean the unit or restore the surface?

Re: Orbi surface cleaning
I usually just spray a cloth with cleaner and then wipe the orbi. I make sure its not dripping wet, just damp before wiping. I also make sure its powered off.
I have one thats in an area that gets a bit dirtier and thats all I do.

Re: Orbi surface cleaning
Here's another thread about the same issue: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/Orbi-RBR50-material-became-sticky/m-p/1759762
Unfortunately I don't see any real solution to the issue in there.
