Orbi voice not playing Spotify but saying it is

Question

My Orbi voice (rbs40v) is working and connected to all apps and Amazon. While asking via voice to play music (Alexa play Spotify) it approves the request (playing Spotify) but nothing happens.
I can play Spotify through the Orbi voice via Spotify app but not with my voice.
