Try a different browser please.

Re: OrbiRBR50
"A6100 USB Adapter" is the very first entry in the "Model (Recommended..." drop down.
When the Orbi comes "out of the box" or is "reset to factory" the web site login is "admin" and "password". One of the first things done during setup is to change the administrative password to something else. If the Orbi has been set up, the password has almost certainly been changed.
There are two ways to discover the password. IF during setup the user carefully entered "Security Questions", then entering an incorrect password three times in a row brings up a password recovery process. (If they did not set up the recovery correctly, this will fail.)
The other method is to stick a paperclip into the tiny "reset" hole next to the power plug and hole it until the power LED turns amber and then begins to flash. That will set the Orbi "back to factory" and you can log in with "admin" and "password" and DO THE SETUP AGAIN.
