PS4 Pro is refusing to connect to orbi RBK 23 Wifi or Ethernet
I've tried connecting my PS4 Pro to the Orbi sattelite both with Wifi and Ethernet and I continue to get the same result which is "an error has occurred. (CE-37813-2). the stupid part is that my phone and my computer (which I'm typing this on btw) is using the Orbi Wifi. How can I fix this?

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Make contact with Sony and ask them what this code means.

Re: PS4 Pro is refusing to connect to orbi RBK 23 Wifi or Ethernet
Hi,
First of all I wouldn't have a clue how to find out what firmware is loaded onto any of the devices but I'm happy to learn if you could teach me? I've checked the playstation network page and it says to contact the ISP or router manufacturer? The Netgear Orbi Model is RBR 20 and the two satellites are RBS 20. The modem model is Archer VR 1600v Ver: 1.1

FW version can be found by logging into the RBRs web page with a PC and web browser.
Your ISP modem aready has a built in router. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended for gaming. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly. Then use the Orbi router in router mode.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
