Powerled solid red, satelitr not connected

Using Orbi since a few Months. Today the two satelites where suddenly not connected. After a few minutes one came back online, while the second one doesn't connect anymore. The powerled of the second one is solid red. i tried to unplug, power off, reset and sync, but powerled remains red and no connection. Who can help?

Doing a reset and holding the reset button until the top LED turns on amber doesn't work?
I would contact NG support and ask about this.
