R8000 as an Orbi Satellite
Can the R8000 be used as a satellite on an Orbi network (wired or wireless)? I replaced the R8000 with the Orbi system because it constantly would have issues dropping signal. Not sure if I can repurpose it given the current mesh network.
Thanks!

Re: R8000 as an Orbi Satellite
No the R8000 isn't a mesh device.
You can hardwire it in and use it in access point mode. Just make sure to set it with a different ssid and using different channels than orbi uses so it doesn't create interference.
