RBR10 Satelite Can't Sync and Stays in flashing meganta state after powering up
The router is actual RBR10 which is not listed as Model in the community.
The issue is it stays in flashing meganta state after powering up. It is like this since it was delivered. The other two satelites could sync and work properly with the router.
The LED behavior after powering up is as follows:
1. Solid green for about 10 seconds
2. Solid white for about 10 seconds
3. Flashing meganta forever
I have tried to RESET to factory default. But this won't help, it is still the same.
I guess its on-board FLASH memory or other things are corrupted or broken.
Dear Netgear Support and anyone is familiar with this matter,
Could you let me know how we could get this fixed? This model is phased out, I couldn't find a satelite on the market any longer.
Thanks for your help!

Alas, Netgear employees do not participate in the community forums. We are all customers.
The RBK13 and RBK14 products appear to be very much for sale.
(The way Netgear numbers products, RBK indicates a "Kit" consisting of one router and two or three satellites. Routers are labelled RBR for router and RBS for satellite). Amazon is showing an RBS10 for $68.50
How long have you have this Orbi package? If under 90 days, then Netgear can be contacted directly for assistance by using a link on the produt registration page.https://kb.netgear.com/26904/How-do-I-register-a-product-on-MyNETGEAR If this satellite has not been working for over 90 says..... (what has been going on???)
I believe the Orbi product line has a one year hardware warranty. If it is broken, Netgear will replace it.

Hi CrimpOn,
Your answer is very helpful!
It has been purchased more than 12 months, and the broken satelite is dead on arrival.
The links your provided are good, I'm considering to buy one from amazon.
Thanks,
Atlas
