RBR20 - Magenta light and random blocked websites
Hello everyone,
my system is a RBR20, 1 router and 2 satellites. The router is on top floor and each of the two satellites is wired connected to the router using a small switch. System firmware is V2.7.4.24 .
I'm having some problems with my network setup, which seems to be related to each other. Starting from a few weeks ago I'm constantly getting warnings from Cloudfate dns (I didn't setup Cloudfare anywhere) and many websites are either completely blocked or looking weird, like not downloading images. The websites and the computer are not faulty, when I connect using the phone as access point it all works perfectly.
The other problem is that the magenta light on the Orbi router is almost always up, which I know is wrong. The satellites doesn't have colored lights up. The admin page shows that internet connection is not working but in fact it is working, I can use many websites without any issues.
On my initial setup the isp modem was on bridge mode and the Orbi system was the only network around. It worked well for a while but I alwas had the impression something was odd, sometimes I would get a very slow connection which would go back to normal after a while. Currently I set the modem as usual modem, just turned off its wifi and I set the Orbi on Access Point modem, which didn't change anything. Before that I tried the Orbi as router and modem not as bridge too. I tried to reset to factory too, the situation didn't change at all.
On admin page the routers are shown as wire connected with good backhaul status. All three piecs, router and 2 satellites show devices connected to them.
Can anyone please help me track down what could be going on here?
Thanks in advance.

PINK on the RBR means the RBR isn't getting any or a good internet service from the modem:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
