RBR20 drops offline repeatedly

I am running firmware V2.7.3.22 and have a repeating failure in my RBR20 router.  Restarts and reboots have not helped.  I noticed today after restarting my Orbi router that my two satellites also drop offline on a less frequent basis.  The router shows failure several times an hour and has been ongoing I presume, since the last firmware “update”.

Please explain more about "shows failure".  Is it:

    • Ring light turns magenta?
    • WiFi signal disappears?
    • WiFi continues, but internet is not available?
    • Entry in log file?
    • other...?

Further information, on my Orbi App, under “network map”, the router green light turns to magenta and all wireless internet is lost.  Same for the individual satellite symbols.  Ring light on unit(s) does not illuminate during failures.  Wifi symbol remains apparent on various devices during this failure but internet connection is indeed lost.

As for log file, I have no idea…

Thanks for the explanation.  When this happens, does it eventually correct itself, or do you have to reboot the router to fix it?

The log file is part of the Orbi web interface, not the 'app'.

Pages 20-22 of the User Manual describe how to access this interface using a web browser:

        https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBK50/Orbi_UM_EN.pdf

The Advanced Tab, Administration menu has a submenu "Logs".
