    So far so good (very short timeframe).  Also, changed the NTP server from Netgear's to time.nist.gov.  If I continue to have connectivity issues, I'll do the factory reset and re-setup from scratch.  Thanks for your help.

I think NTP is working fine for me.  What are you using for NTP servers?

 

I ended up doing the downgrade to 2.7.2.102 before I read this thread.  So I decided to keep this version and shut off Traffic Meter.  I won't be turning it on anytime soon.  My network is now stable and I like that!  :-)
